The Sensus Shamir allows the player to detect ores through blocks, and see their location.

Usage
Holding the Sensus compass will allow the player to hear sounds at the location of ores in a 7x7 area centered at the player. It will detect ores up to 2 blocks below the player and up to 3 blocks above the player.
Coal, Iron, Copper, Gold, Lapis, Redstone, Diamond, Emerald, Nether Quartz, and Nether Gold Ores, as well as Ancient Debris, can be detected by the Sensus compass.
