Once the skeleton is equipped with a tipped arrow, it will not change the type of arrow it holds. Skeletons will be equipped with 9 of the arrows, and have a chance to drop them upon death. This module is an uncommon event.

Skeletons that are unnamed or have picked up an item (i.e. the skeleton is not persistent) will not equip tipped arrows. Additionally if the skeleton is not holding a bow in its main hand or has an item in its off hand, it will not equip tipped arrows.
