The [[Forming Press]] handles operations that require smelting as well as crafting, such as brick crafting, charcoal creation, and lava generation. The overall output of the Forming Press is approximately doubled compared to normal crafting operations.

Prior to 1.18, the module was called "Master Crafting" and was an upgrade of the [[Custom Crafters|Custom Crafter]], being able to perform normal Custom Crafter recipes along with the additional brick, lava, and coal block recipes.

Crafting a Master Crafter converted the Custom Crafter into a Master Crafter.
