This module causes stars containing gifts or alien life to fall from the sky. This module is pre-packaged with the Mysterious Midnights base module.
Details
During this Mysterious Midnights event, stars will randomly fall from the sky. Falling stars can contain a diamond, a gold nugget, an iron nugget, an end stone, or an endermite egg. The falling star will affect nearby entities with levitation upon hitting the ground or an entity. This module is a rare event.
Endermite Egg
An endermite egg is a special end stone item found from falling stars. An endermite egg may spawn an endermite if it touches the ground. If the end stone item is picked up before it reaches the ground, an endermite will not spawn.
Technical Summary
Stars have a chance to fall in a 160 block radius around a random player every 16 gameticks (0.8 seconds). Falling stars will spawn at Y=260 and follow a straight line downwards until it hits a block or entity.
