During this Mysterious Midnights event, skeletons will equip 1 of 4 tipped arrow types: long slowness, long weakness, long poison, or strong harming. Once the skeleton is equipped with a tipped arrow, it will not change the type of arrow it holds. Skeletons will be equipped with 9 of the arrows, and have a chance to drop them upon death. This module is an uncommon event.
Technical Summary
Skeletons that are named or have picked up an item (i.e. the skeleton is persistent) will not equip tipped arrows. Additionally if the skeleton is not holding a bow in its main hand or has an item in its off hand, it will not equip tipped arrows.

The bow the skeleton is holding will be stripped of any enchantments when the skeleton is equipped with tipped arrows.
