This module allows golden swords to inflict potion effects on mobs and players.
Details
When using a golden sword and if the player has any of the 4 compatible potions in their inventory, mobs (or in some cases the player) will be afflicted with a status effect without using up the potion.
Technical Summary
Tthe area of effect is 2.5 blocks around the striker. The potion effects can be stacked, so a single sword swing can cause all 4 potion effects. The striker will not be affected by any potion effects

The instant health effect would affect the striker in this version. A witherized skeleton would have a normal wither skeleton loot table.
MC 1.9-1.12 Versions
In the MC 1.9-1.12 versions (v2.0-2.2), the advancements were actually a simulated achievement, using tellraw to show the message.
