The Fulcio Shamir allows the player to place blocks in the air while sneaking.

Usage
While holding a compass with the Fulcio Shamir in the off-hand slot, the player can place a block in midair.
Technical Details
The player must be looking at an air block and the placed block is a fixed distance of 3 blocks from the player.
