The Fulcio Shamir allows the player to place blocks in the air while sneaking.

Usage
Sneaking while holding a Fulcio compass in the mainhand or offhand will display a block that will allow players to place a block in mid-air. A particle box will appear at the hitbox that can be placed on.
When placing a block on the angel block, it will replace the angel block and be placed at the same location. If a liquid is placed on the angel block, it will be placed adjacent to the angel block, rather than replacing the angel block.
Technical Details
The angel block will only replace air and is a fixed distance of 3 blocks from the player's eyes.
