To get a spawner into a minecart, place a piston facing down above the spawner, and a redstone block directly above the piston.
When a Spawner Minecart goes over a redstone block with an activator rail on top of it, and the block above the minecart is air, then the spawner will be ejected above the activator rail. This will not work if the rail is powered by a different power source, or a redstone block anywhere other than from directly below.

After being released for Hermitcraft Gamemode 4, the module was re-released for Public Usage. In this version, all that was needed to make a spawner minecart to work was a piston and a spawner. Future versions are more complex and have a cooldown system.
