While a portal is open, players can change the destination of any portal by inputting the Heart of a different town. Even the inactive portal (of the three) can link to one of the active portals by inputting the corresponding Heart as long as the inactive portal has some power to begin with.

Each spawn town in PSV has a broken portal.

Description
