The Ender Bolt Shamir allows players to wither mobs from a distance.

Usage
Attacking a mob with an Ender Bolt weapon will cause the mob to wither. Once a mob is withered, it can pass the wither effect to nearby mobs, creating a chain reaction. Additionally, tridents thrown in the ground will pass the wither effect to nearby mobs. The chain effect cannot be passed to armor stands, players, or non-living entities.
Technical Details
Mobs within a 1.6 block radius around a Ender Bolt affected mob will be withered. A mob affected by Ender Bolt will gain the wither effect for 16 seconds, unless there are other affected mobs, in which they will pass it on to each other until one dies.
