This module allows you to store liquids which, depending on the liquid, can affect entities, be bottled and un-bottled, or fuel furnaces.
Features
A liquid tank is used to store and distribute liquids such as milk, experience, rabbit stew, potions, and more. The first slot of the tank is a smart interface for items filling and draining liquids as needed
By itself, the Liquid Tanks module comes with the Standard Liquids expansion pack, but other expansion packs can add support for different liquids. One example of an expansion pack that adds liquids is Potion Liquids and others can be found below.
Storing Liquids
A liquid tank can store a maximum of 100 buckets of each liquid, but some items will fill up only part of a bucket. Placing a valid item into the first slot of a corresponding tank will fill it with some liquid. Draining the liquid from a tank can be done usually by putting in a empty bucket, bottle, or bowl into a tank. For information on types of liquids that can be stored and what counts as one bucket, visit the individual expansion pack pages.
Utility Interactions
Along with storing liquids, liquid tanks can interact with blocks and entities around them. For example, a player standing on an experience tank will fill up the tank, reducing their own xp level. A player standing under an experience tank will drain the tank and gain the xp back. For more specific details on interactions, visit the individual expansion pack pages.
Utility interactions can be disabled by powering the liquid tank with redstone.
Creation
A Liquid Tank can be created by placing down a hopper and filling it (in any order) with a dispenser, a hopper, an empty bucket, an iron trapdoor, and a comparator, and then throwing a glass block on top of the hopper. When broken, a Liquid Tank will drop the items that was used to create it.
Technical Details
Filling, draining, or interactions of Liquid Tanks are processed every 0.8 seconds, 16 game ticks, or 8 redstone ticks. For a liquid tank to switch from filling the tank to draining the tank, it must be empty for one processing cycle.
When breaking a liquid tank, any liquid inside will be destroyed.

Expansion Packs and Reliant Modules
The Liquid Tanks module is packaged with one default expansion pack. Expansion packs for this module add liquid-specific features, such as new liquids and utility interactions. Some reliant modules depend on this module in order to properly function, for example adding a tank type for a specific feature of the module.
