Sensus is a custom Shamir which allows players to see entities through walls. For details on how to create a cast with metal band, see the [[Metallurgy#Casting Metals|Metallurgy]] page. It is found on a Barium Band, and can be placed onto a compass. For details on adding a Shamir to an item, see the [[Metallurgy#Attaching Bands|Metallurgy]] page.

Holding the enchanted compass will cause entities around the player to be seen through walls. When holding the compass in the main hand or off hand, entities around the player will have the glowing effect. The ability will affect all mobs in a large radius around you.
Holding the Sensus compass will allow the player to hear sounds at the location of ores in a 7x7 area centered at the player. It will detect ores up to 2 blocks below the player and up to 3 blocks above the player
 
Coal, Iron, Gold, Lapis, Redstone, Diamond, and Emerald Ore can be detected by the Sensus compass.

If used too long the player will experience nausea and blindness. After a while, the wither effect will also be added to the player.
